About the Role
As Workshop Account Manager, you'll own strategic relationships with key auto repair workshops โ ensuring they get the right parts, fast, with attractive terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 25โ40 strategic workshop accounts
- Develop annual supply plans and credit arrangements
- Negotiate volume pricing and exclusive deals
- Coordinate technical training sessions on new brands/products
- Resolve issues and complaints quickly
- Identify expansion opportunities (new workshops, new product lines)
Requirements
- 3+ years auto parts B2B account management
- Established workshop network in Yangon
- Strong negotiation and relationship skills
- Driving license essential
- Fluent Myanmar
Nice to Have
- OEM partnerships background
- Experience launching new auto parts brands
- English communication for international suppliers
