About the Role
As OEM Catalog Coordinator, you'll be responsible for maintaining product data quality โ adding new SKUs, validating OEM numbers, updating compatibility, and improving catalog completeness.
Key Responsibilities
- Add new auto parts SKUs to the catalog with full data
- Validate OEM numbers and cross-references
- Update vehicle compatibility (make/model/year/engine)
- Maintain product images and specifications
- Run regular catalog quality audits
- Coordinate with supplier teams for missing data
Requirements
- 1โ3 years data entry, cataloging, or product management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excel/spreadsheet proficiency
- Basic understanding of auto parts terminology
- English reading ability for technical specs
Nice to Have
- Shopify or Magento product admin experience
- Auto parts industry exposure
- Matrixify or bulk data import tools experience
