About the Role

As Auto Parts Specialist, you'll be the in-house technical expert — helping sales teams and workshop customers identify the right parts based on OEM numbers, vehicle compatibility, and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer technical parts inquiries from sales team and customers
• Cross-reference OEM numbers across catalogs
• Maintain product compatibility data in our systems
• Train sales team on product technical knowledge
• Liaise with international suppliers on technical matters
• Identify catalog gaps and recommend new product additions

Requirements

• 2–4 years auto parts or automotive technical role
• Deep knowledge of engine, suspension, brake, electrical systems
• OEM numbering and cross-reference skills
• Detail-oriented with strong data discipline
• Technical Myanmar and English

Nice to Have

• Mechanic background or auto engineering degree
• Familiarity with Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi parts catalogs
• Experience with parts cataloging software
