About the Role
As Warehouse Manager, you'll lead daily warehouse operations — receiving, picking, packing, dispatch — while managing inventory accuracy and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations across all locations
- Lead a team of 15–25 warehouse staff
- Maintain inventory accuracy (target: 98%+)
- Optimize layout, picking routes, and storage utilization
- Coordinate with logistics on inbound and outbound flows
- Implement and maintain WMS or barcode systems
- Manage safety standards and 5S processes
Requirements
- 5–8 years warehouse/logistics management experience
- Strong team leadership skills (15+ people)
- Inventory management and WMS experience
- Process improvement mindset
- Bachelor's degree (logistics, operations, or business)
Nice to Have
- Multi-location warehouse network experience
- EasyScan, Shopify Inventory, or similar tool experience
- Lean/6-Sigma certification
