About the Role
As Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the operational heartbeat of our delivery network — booking shipments, resolving issues, and tracking performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Book courier shipments via Ninja Van, Royal Express, and others
- Track outbound deliveries and resolve in-transit issues
- Coordinate inbound regional and international freight
- Manage logistics rate cards and supplier negotiations
- Reconcile courier billing and dispute incorrect charges
- Report on delivery performance KPIs
Requirements
- 2–4 years logistics or supply chain experience
- Familiar with Myanmar courier landscape
- Strong Excel skills for tracking and reconciliation
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
- International freight forwarding experience
- Customs documentation knowledge
- Shopify shipping app experience
