About Operations: Win Central manages procurement for 4 operating companies across office, warehouse, marketing, and operational needs.
About the Role
As Procurement Officer, you'll handle local sourcing of supplies, services, and equipment — managing vendors and ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Process internal purchase requests across departments
- Source local vendors and obtain comparative quotations
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms
- Maintain vendor database and performance records
- Track purchase orders through delivery and invoicing
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
Requirements
- 2–5 years procurement or purchasing experience
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excel proficiency for tracking and analysis
- Detail-oriented with documentation discipline
- Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
- Multi-company procurement experience
- ERP or accounting software familiarity (Zoho, etc.)
- Auto parts/industrial procurement background
