About Win Store: Win Store has established a southern presence in Mawlamyine to serve Mon State and surrounding regions with retail and B2B distribution.
About the Role
As Branch Sales Lead — Mawlamyine, you'll own sales results and customer development across the southern region. You'll report to the Senior Sales Manager in Yangon.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sales targets for Mawlamyine and southern coverage
- Develop B2B customer base in Mon State and surrounding areas
- Lead a small branch sales team
- Coordinate with Yangon HQ on inventory and logistics
- Identify regional growth opportunities
- Build community relationships and brand presence
Requirements
- 4–7 years sales experience
- Knowledge of Mawlamyine and Mon State business landscape
- Fluent Myanmar; functional English
- Self-driven, ownership mindset
- Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
- Existing customer network in southern Myanmar
- Experience opening new regional offices
- Driving license (essential)
