About the Role

As Senior Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of sales executives, develop sales strategies for B2C and B2B segments, manage key accounts, and own quarterly revenue targets. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5+ sales executives
• Develop and execute sales strategies for B2C and B2B channels
• Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Manage key B2B customer relationships personally
• Forecast sales pipeline and provide regular reports to leadership
• Coordinate with marketing on lead generation and conversion
• Train new team members and run weekly sales reviews

Requirements

• 5–8 years sales experience with at least 2 years in management
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Bilingual Myanmar/English communication
• Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related)

Nice to Have

• Retail or e-commerce industry experience
• Experience managing distributed teams across regions
• Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
