About the Role
As Customer Service Lead, you'll oversee the daily operations of our customer support team, ensuring fast response times, professional communication, and high customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4–6 customer service representatives
- Set and monitor service quality KPIs (response time, resolution, CSAT)
- Handle escalated customer cases and complex issues
- Develop training programs and SOPs for the team
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and warehouse for issue resolution
- Implement and manage customer service tools (Zendesk, etc.)
Requirements
- 3–5 years customer service experience with team lead role
- Excellent Myanmar and English communication
- Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented
- Familiar with helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
- E-commerce customer service experience
- Multi-channel support background (chat, email, phone)
- Experience with KPI dashboards
