About the Role

As a Sales Executive at Win Store, you'll be the front-line connection between our products and our customers. You'll work across multi-category retail operations — electronics, household, industrial, and lifestyle — handling both B2C walk-in customers and B2B partner accounts. This role suits someone energetic, customer-focused, and growth-minded — comfortable with technology, eager to learn product categories, and motivated by closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of B2C and B2B customer accounts with consistent service
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned categories
  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, walk-in, e-commerce chat, field visits
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer data in CRM
  • Provide market feedback to brand and product teams

Requirements

  • 1–3 years sales experience (retail, e-commerce, or B2B)
  • Strong Myanmar communication; conversational English
  • Comfortable with smartphones, computers, basic CRM/Excel
  • Customer-first mindset and target-driven
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience in multi-category retail or auto parts
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Tapcart, or similar platforms
  • Existing customer network in Yangon
  • Driving license (for field visits)
