About the Role
As B2B Account Manager, you'll be the dedicated point of contact for our enterprise and partner customers, ensuring satisfaction, growth, and renewal of strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 30–50 strategic B2B customer accounts
- Build long-term partnerships with corporate and reseller buyers
- Develop annual account plans with clear growth targets
- Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver on customer commitments
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract renewals
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within accounts
Requirements
- 3–5 years B2B account management experience
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Bilingual Myanmar/English
- Detail-oriented with CRM discipline
- Bachelor's degree

- Corporate or government tender experience
- Multi-category product knowledge
- Experience with key account planning frameworks
