About the Role
As E-commerce Operations Manager, you'll own the operational health of our digital storefront — from order fulfillment and inventory sync to platform performance and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of winstores.com and mobile app
- Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and customer experience
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and CS teams
- Manage Shopify, Tapcart, Searchanise, and supporting apps
- Lead a team of e-commerce specialists
- Drive operational KPIs (order accuracy, fulfillment time, CSAT)
Requirements
- 4–7 years e-commerce operations experience
- Hands-on Shopify experience essential
- Strong analytical and process-improvement skills
- Team leadership experience
- Bilingual Myanmar/English
Nice to Have
- Tapcart or other mobile app platform experience
- Multi-category retail background
- Experience with Searchanise, Judge.me, Matrixify
