About the Role
As Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll plan and execute campaigns across paid and organic channels, optimize performance, and report on results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok ads
- Manage daily ad budget across channels
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Coordinate with content team on creative production
- Run weekly performance reports and recommendations
- Manage SEO basics and Google Search Console
Requirements
- 2–4 years digital marketing experience
- Hands-on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads experience
- Analytical mindset; comfortable with metrics and data
- Creative thinking for ad copy and creative briefs
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related
Nice to Have
- TikTok Ads experience
- Shopify analytics familiarity
- Email marketing (Klaviyo) background
