About Win Central: Win Central HQ supports 4 operating companies with centralized HR — recruitment, payroll, benefits, performance, and culture.
About the Role
As HR Manager, you'll lead the HR function for the entire group — recruitment, retention, performance, compensation, and people development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment for all 4 operating companies (currently 20 open roles)
- Manage HR policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance
- Run performance review cycles and calibration
- Develop training and career development programs
- Handle employee relations and dispute resolution
- Maintain HRIS and people data
Requirements
- 5–8 years HR experience with at least 2 years in management
- Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, Psychology, or related)
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor law
- Excellent communication in Myanmar and English
- Experience with multi-company or multi-site HR
Nice to Have
- HR certification (SHRM, CIPD)
- Experience setting up HR systems from scratch
- Background in retail/distribution industry
